Birth Doula
Birthing Guidance Package

Initial consultation to discuss needs and preferences

Prenatal visits (usually 1-3) to talk through birth plans, fears, and expectations

Education about stages of labor, comfort measures, interventions, and options

Phone, text, or email support throughout pregnancy for questions or reassurance

Continuous emotional support (encouragement, reassurance, advocacy)

Physical Comfort measures (massage, counter-pressure, positioning, breathing techniques, use of tools like rebozo, TENS, birth ball etc.)

Partner support (suggesting ways the partner can help, giving them breaks, helping them feel confident and involved)
